Racing is back in Eugene! With that, we are excited to bring you an all-inclusive and unforgettable VIP weekend running experience that can only be done in Tracktown, USA.
With this package, we’ll handle everything from your lodging, to your meals, the transportation, your runs — and even some surprises.
The Details
This experience includes:
Access to VIP hospitality at Hayward Field before/after Eugene Marathon
1 room, 3-night stay at Mount Tom House, your choice of nights; additional nights can be added at a reduced rate.
Ticket to Eugene Marathon post-race party at Mount Tom House
F&B catered by one of our local favorites, Viking Braggot + live band + games
All meals, which will be curated by a network of our favorite Eugene chefs with a focus on local, organic ingredients and seasonally-inspired dishes
Friday: dinner at Mount Tom House
Saturday: breakfast, lunch and dinner @ Mount Tom House
Sunday: breakfast @ Mount Tom House; post-race party @ Mount Tom House
Monday: breakfast @ Mount Tom House
Guided runs by your Tracktown Retreats hosts on Friday and Saturday (we’ll plan these runs around your desired paces/distances)

Friday
Arrival day! You can begin checking into your room at Mount Tom House starting at 3pm. Our first event of the weekend will be dinner at Mount Tom House, where you’ll be treated to a meal prepared by a private chef and you’ll be joined by special guests.
Saturday
We’ll begin the day with a short, pre-race shake out run in Eugene before returning to Mount Tom House for brunch and a relaxing day. You’ll be able to take advantage of a complimentary 30-minute massage and enjoy spending time on the grounds of Mount Tom House. We’ll have a relaxing evening at Mount Tom House that includes a pre-race dinner prepared by a local chef. Time to rest up for tomorrow’s race!
Sunday AM
Wake up — it’s race day! We’ll serve a light breakfast at Mount Tom House before transporting you to Eugene. You’ll have access to the VIP hospitality suite located at Hayward Field, steps from the Eugene Marathon starting line. Then at 7am, it’s time to do your thing!
Sunday PM
After the race, we’ll get you back to Mount Tom House so you can get cleaned up…because we have some celebrating to do! Later that afternoon, ~100 Eugene Marathon runners, family, friends + current and former pros will join us to celebrate. A live band will set the vibe, Pizzeria DOP will be working our brick oven and beverages will be poured by one of our favorite local spots, Viking Braggot Brewing.
Monday
Before heading home, you’ll enjoy one last breakfast at Mount Tom House - and maybe take a dip in the hot tub or pool for a little recovery - before departing.

Our 2022 retreats do not include race entries. Need to still register? Let us know and we can help you!

Absolutely! You can bring a partner for the weekend to room with you. All +1s will be included in meals, transportation, and visits.
Racer or non-racer on Sunday, the additional cost for a +1 is $600.

No way! Runners of all abilities and paces are welcome.

Upon booking a retreat, let us know about your dietary restrictions or allergies and we’ll coordinate with our chefs and ensure meal meets your needs.

We ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made on or before April 14th will be refunded fully, less the $500 deposit. A 50% refund is guaranteed for cancellations made between April 15th and April 27th.

Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test 48-hours prior to arrival is required to attend the retreat.
We will comply with all state and local mandates.
The retreat hosts are fully vaccinated and boosted.
